Meals and Lodging are handled separately by Ridgecrest Conference Center.

Meals & Lodging are NOT included in HFW's Conference Registration.

Room Rate: $109 per night per person (no roommate) – OR – $54.50 per-night per-person (with roommate) – no tax will be added. The Conference Registration Form has a place to request help with a roommate; otherwise, please organize this with your friend and Ridgecrest.

Two Meal Plans Available:

Tuesday arrivals - Wednesday breakfast through Saturday dinner excluding Friday buffet which can  be purchased from registration.   $126.00 per person

Wednesday arrivals - Wednesday dinner through Saturday dinner excluding Friday buffet which can be purchased from registration.  $105.00 per person.

Banquets: This year we will begin Tuesday night with the Leader's Conference on campus with a nice catered meal. Friday evening will still be an off/free night, but will start with the option of a fellowship with a Pizza Buffet that includes salad, dessert and drink. Please include that on your registration. This will be a great time to fellowship and meet new friends.

Later everyone is free to stay and have fun socializing or leave the campus with whatever group they formulate. Guys and ladies can stay together in their gender social groups or you can go out co-ed. It's up to you.

Ridgecrest Meals & Lodging Registration desk: 1-800-588-7222

We encourage you to reserve your room and not wait. Space is limited. We have reserved rooms in Ridgecrest's beautiful Mountain Laurel building. Once these are filled, they'll have more accommodations, but they may be in another building away from everyone else and not quite as nice. A first night's deposit is required when making a reservation. To reduce your check-in time, pay the full amount to Ridgecrest prior to the day of check-in.

Area Attractions:  This is one of the most beautiful places on earth! Biltmore Estate is a nearby attraction, and one not to miss if new to the area. Downtown Black Mountain has beautiful streets to stroll, wonderful restaurants, and specialty gift shops. Turn right out of Ridgecrest, and Black Mountain is a five minute drive down #70 (this is the road in front of Ridgecrest). Come early or stay late to see the area attractions!
